Three Healthy Carrot Juice Recipes

Carrot is a great way to get nutrition. It is full of vitamins and beta carotene. It helps to purify and feed nutrients to your cells. Drinking a glass of juice can be potent healing properties for those who are suffering from cancer and other terminal sickness. If you do not consume it already, I highly recommend you add carrot juice to your daily food chart.

In this article I am giving you 3 healthy carrot juice recipes. The recipes are:

Recipe#1

Carrot-Ginger- Apple Juice
Ingredients

  • 2 large apple
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 inch ginger ice cube

Procedure
Peel the carrots at first. Wash the apple and carrots and dice them into small pieces for smoother juicing. Put out your juicer and clean it. Put the ingredients into juicer and blend until it is not getting thicker content. Pour the juice into glass and mix the ice cube for more refreshment.

Recipe#2

Carrot-Beet-Apple Juice
Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 3 carrots
  • ½ beetroot
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure
Peel off the carrots and beet root at first. Wash all the ingredients by clean water. Cut apple ginger and beet root into small pieces. Take out your juicer and put all the ingredients into juicer. Blend them for 10 minutes. After processing pour them into glass. Add salt and stir by spoon until it mixed.

Recipe#3

Carrot Blush
Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • ½ beet root
  • Handful of parsley
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Garlic
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure
Peel the carrots at first. Wash the carrot, beet, garlic, spinach, parsley and pepper. Put all the ingredients into juicer and switch on your juicer. Blend them for 8 minutes to get thicker extract. Pour them into glass and a pinch of salt. To make your juice more refreshing you can add ice cube.
